The SAT and ACT math sections are not really tests of math knowledge — they are tests of speed under pressure on a narrow band of problem types. The students who jump 100+ points are not the ones who study more; they are the ones who study the right things. This 6-week plan is built around three loops: diagnostic → focused practice → mock exam. AI handles the boring middle (mistake explanation), so you spend your hours on the things that move the score.
The three things that actually move the score
- Topic gaps. The SAT/ACT math section is overwhelmingly algebra (~35%) and problem-solving / data analysis. Closing one gap can be worth 30 points alone.

Week-by-week

- Score it honestly. Categorise every wrong answer by topic and by reason (concept gap, careless error, ran out of time).
- Pick your top 3 topic gaps. That is your study target for weeks 2–4.
Week 2 — Topic deep-dive
- Pick gap 1. Spend 4–5 sessions of 30 minutes each.

- One last full test 3–5 days before the real exam.
- Day before: rest. Re-read the mistake notebook for 20 minutes. Sleep early.
How to use AI for SAT/ACT math
The single best use of AI is the post-mortem: after a practice test, run every wrong answer through the AI-Math solver and ask three questions:

Common mistakes during prep
- Studying only easy problems because they feel productive. Mix in 30% hard.
- No timing. Untimed practice makes you fast at thinking, not executing. Time everything from week 3 onward.
- Skipping the wrong-answer review. That is where 80% of the gain hides.
- Test-day cramming. Sleep is a study habit. Cramming costs more points than it earns.

Students who follow this plan honestly tend to see:
- +50–80 points on SAT math from a 600 baseline.
- +3–5 points on ACT math from a 24 baseline.
