2. Description of Service

AI-Math provides an AI-powered math problem-solving service that generates step-by-step solutions. The Service is intended for educational and reference purposes. Solutions are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors; you should verify results independently.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Service outputs without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, AI models, and content, is owned by AI-Math and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the math problems you submit. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the AI-generated solutions for your own educational and personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SOLUTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-MATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-Math and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
