Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI-Math ("we", "us", or "our") website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI-Math provides an AI-powered math problem-solving service that generates step-by-step solutions. The Service is intended for educational and reference purposes. Solutions are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors; you should verify results independently.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Service outputs without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Submit personal information about other people, or material you do not have the right to share with us

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, AI models, and content, is owned by AI-Math and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the math problems you submit. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the AI-generated solutions for your own educational and personal purposes.

6.1 License you grant us. You keep ownership of what you submit. So that we can actually run and improve the Service, you grant AI-Math a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from the problems, images, and other content you submit. This license exists to let us operate the Service, improve our models, and produce the educational material described in Section 6.2. It does not transfer ownership to us and does not restrict anything you do with your own material.

6.2 Educational content published from submitted problems. Real questions from learners are the best guide to what other learners are stuck on. We may therefore use problems submitted to the Service as the basis for freely accessible educational pages on our website. When we do:

  • We rewrite the problem before publishing it. We do not publish your submission verbatim.
  • We remove personal and identifying details first — names, contact details, school or class identifiers, file names, exam headers, and anything else that could identify you or anyone else.
  • We never publish your identity, account, email address, or the fact that a specific problem came from you.
  • We do not publish your conversation history or any private notes attached to a session.

6.3 Your assurances about what you submit. By submitting content you confirm that you have the right to do so, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights. Please do not upload copyrighted textbooks, exam papers, or worksheets that you are not permitted to share, and do not upload material containing other people's personal information.

6.4 Opting out. If you would prefer that a problem you submitted is not used as the basis for published educational content, or you find a published page that you believe originated from your submission and want it removed, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SOLUTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-MATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-Math and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Contact Us
